The rooms here are spacious, well-organized with balconies, the bathroom is beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious, all in a perfect location near the train station and with a lovely interior design.

The location of the hotel was ideal, in the front sitting area. The staff were exceptionally helpful during 2 nights we stayed there. Stayed in tasteful triple room with a bath and a nice view of the town from the bedroom and balcony-perfect location for the train station-beautiful interior...

The room was impeccably clean and up-to-date, with central heating, a personal safe, and coffee/tea amenities, making the stay comfortable and convenient.

Recommend while travelling to Lourdes. This nicely appointed, spotlessly clean property has good continental breakfasts and customer-oriented staff. The room is well-equipped and brand-new with a fantastic view of the town. There is a very clean attached restaurant:)))

The location was very quiet with a beautiful view from the room. Very good and safe shelter for bicycles.

The price-performance ratio was not right. The staff was a little hypothermic.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, sanctuary, and downtown, making it a great place for my stay and I will definitely return soon.

Good location directly at the station, on foot you can quickly reach the sights.

The room and the bed were so small that we could not move at the same time. The equipment is outdated - not even enough sockets were available. Breakfast was a little disappointing - the selection was very small.

The hotel is quiet and absolutely fabulous, located very close to the sanctuary, train station, the Grotto, and the Chateau Fort. the restaurant is perfect. - the room is new-fashioned and well-organized, with climate control, an individual safe, and tea and coffee making facilities. - the staff interactions are very pleasant. - the central location is not too far from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. - Overall, it was a very nice experience.

I had the triple room which was spotless and well laid out especially for the view. Air conditioning, coffee and tea/coffee were all available.

The staff was very friendly. Although I don't speak French, there were no problems. The breakfast was very good and the hotel room was clean. The free parking at the hotel is large and excellent. As the grotto and other sightseeings were easily accessible on foot, I could leave the car during my stay.
